Riverside City College couldn't hold back top-ranked Fullerton College in an 11-0 run-rule loss Thursday afternoon.
The Tigers slip to 11-25 on the year and 3-14 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Hornets improve to 31-3 overall and remain perfect in conference with a 17-0 mark.
Bobbi Arce had the lone hit for RCC, with a base hit to left field in the top of the first.
The Tigers and Hornets return to Riverside to close out the series on Friday at 2 p.m.
