Riverside City College men's water polo has continued to challenge itself with a pair of games against top-five ranked teams in the California Community College Water Polo Coaches Association.
Luke Bills led the Tigers with a hat trick in a 17-6 loss to second-ranked Golden West College in Orange Empire Conference (OEC) action on October 2. Adrian Thompson logged five saves and two assists in a half in goal, while Finn Shelbourne tallied a goal and assist.
RCC's record has moved to 8-8 on the year and 1-2 in the OEC after an 18-3 loss to No. 4 Long Beach on September 28.
Riverside has another challenge on deck, as it will host Orange Coast College in conference action on Wednesday, October 9 as the Tigers face their third-straight, top-five ranked opponent.
