Riverside City College dropped a 3-0 loss on the road at Fullerton College Saturday to close out the Orange Empire Conference series.
The Tigers slip to 24-13 overall and 9-9 in conference, while the Hornets improve to 22-15 on the year and 10-8 in the OEC.
Four Tigers had hits in the game, led by Richard Tejeda with a 2-for-4 performance at the plate. Alex Gamez, Eddie Alfaro, and Gage Gonzales also had hits for RCC.
Matt Hudson threw three shutout innings for the Tigers, striking out four batters.
Riverside closes out the regular season next week against Cypress, hosting the Chargers on Tuesday at 2 p.m. to get the series underway.
