Riverside Wins 3C2A State Championship
The College of San Mateo seems to be Riverside City College's favorite venue for the 3C2A State Championship. The Tigers won for the fourth-straight time it has been held at San Mateo, picking up their ninth title (eighth track and field, one cross country) under head coach Jim McCarron.
"The two days were an absolute roller coaster ride and very emotional, but the guys stepped up and took the title," said McCarron. "We are very proud of them. The coaching staff is amazing. Everyone did a wonderful job."
