RCC Opens Season in Sloppy Weather

Results

Riverside City College opened the season in wet conditions at the Cuyamaca Classic Wednesday and took fifth as a team.

The Tigers finished with 408 points, with Eli Gonzalez leading the charge. Gonzalez posted a four-over, 75 to sit just outside the top 10. Caden Rossi wasn't far behind with a 79, while Carson Escobedo put down an 82.

RCC continues the season next week, heading to the Eagle Golf Classic at Soboba Springs CC.
