RCC Keeps Rolling With Third-Straight Sweep

Riverside City College kept rolling with its third-straight 9-0 win, shutting out Antelope Valley College Friday afternoon at home.

The Tigers improve to 3-0, while the Marauders drop to 1-4 on the year.

RCC opened with dominating doubles action as Jordyn Sundberg/Madison Reynoso and Brianna Nikas/Caroline Cocker each picked up 8-0 victories. Janine Kremling/Julianna Capraro also grabbed an 8-1 win.

Sundberg and Reynoso continued their dominance into singles action as neither allowed a single point on the day. Bridget Bradbury also shutout her opponent to grab a 6-0, 6-0 win.

The Tigers continue at home, hosting Southwestern College on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
