No. 24-ranked Riverside City College couldn't hold back Irvine Valley College in a 92-55 loss Friday night.
The Tigers slip to 11-7 overall and 3-2 in Orange Empire Conference action, while the Lasers improve to 10-8 on the year and 2-3 in conference.
Two Tigers finished in double figures – both coming off the bench: Caleb Palmer (12 points, 4-for-8) and Corey Mitchell (11 points, 4-for-8).
RCC has a tough opponent on deck, heading to No. 2-ranked Fullerton College on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. tip off before returning home to host Santiago Canyon on Friday, Jan. 17, at 5 p.m.
