RCC Athletics Game Day Policy

The Riverside City College football team is excited to host the Saddleback College Bobcats in week three of the 2021 season. Below you will find all necessary information regarding an and spectator policy, steps to enter the game and much more.



Vaccine Verification for Entry
Individuals who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact (within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes during a 24-hour time period) with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or are under any isolation or quarantine orders due to COVID-19, cannot enter any RCCD premises.

In order to access the game, a fan or spectator must provide the following:

  • All guests 12 years of age and older to provide proof of full vaccination

  • Written/printed proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours (about 2 days) of the game   

  • CLEARED4 digital or printed proof of a "BLUE PASS"

PLEASE NOTE - Fans 12 and under are not subject to proof of vaccination. Parents/guardians need to provide written/printed proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours (about 2 days) of the game to gain entry to the game. 

Game Day Check In Policy

Wheelock Stadium

In order to attend a game at RCC, all must provide full proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test two days prior to the date of competition. The home and away ticket booths will be accompanied with a COVID-19 Vaccination & Test Verification booth. 

In order to gain entry in Wheelock Stadium, you must follow this process:  

  • Check in at the verification booth with proper documentation 

  • Once approved, receive hand stamp and display it at the ticket window 

  • Purchase ticket and get an additional hand stamp to enter the game 

All personnel must follow this process. Failure to follow this procedure will constitute removal from the venue.

RCC Athletics Fan & Spectator Policy

Game sites will have checkpoints prior to entry to receive approval to enter.  Checkpoints will monitor and confirm vaccination status prior to granting entry. Failure to follow instructions or RCCD procedures can lead to your removal from campus. 

Ticketed Contests - Football and Playoff Games
BUYING A TICKET DOES NOT PROVIDE AUTOMATIC OR CONTINUED ACCESS TO THE GAME.

Game sites will have checkpoints prior to entry to receive approval to enter.  Checkpoints will monitor and confirm vaccination status prior to granting entry. Failure to follow instructions or RCCD procedures can lead to your removal from the game. 

CLEARED4 System
Fans and spectators have the option to sign up through the CLEARED4 system and complete their COVID-19 proof of vaccination. This must be completed at least 72 hours before arriving at RCC.

Face Coverings 
All guests ages four (4) and older are required to wear a face coverings that properly covers the face and mouth, except when actively eating or drinking, at RCCD athletic venues. Failure to follow this policy may lead to removal from the game. 

Physical Distancing 
All guests are strongly encouraged to distance physically six feet apart from others as much as possible during the game.

Field, Court, Complex, Gym Access 
Only players (including cheer and band), coaches, officials, and game day administrators have access to field, court, pool deck, or other competition areas at RCCD venues. Home fans and visiting fans will be asked to sit in separated locations at the competition site. 

Parking 
Out of an abundance of caution and safety, no tailgating is allowed. You must have a parking ticket to the contest and proof of vaccination to park at RCC on game day. 

Day use permits may be purchased using parking meters or the ParkMobile App for $5 (cash or credit for games).
