Saturday night, for much of the evening, it was the former. At the end, it most definitely was the latter.
RCC keeps bedeviling itself with penalties, mistakes and poor decisions. The Tigers, ranked No. 2 in the Southern California Football Association's National Division, trailed Citrus 50-44 with 1:03 to play just because all of those penalties caught up with them.
