Bio

Frost begins her second season as an assistant for the Tigers. Frost has nearly 10 years of experience working with student athletes.

Frost, a graduate of North High School, played collegiately at Fullerton College and Northern Arizona University. At Fullerton, in her one season, she averaged 18 points, 3 steals and 2.5 assists per game. She was selected to California Community Colleges Athletic Association All-State team after earning All-Orange Empire Conference first team honors. She helped the Hornets to a 32-2 record and a spot in the CCCAA State Tournament.

At Northern Arizona University, Frost was an All-Big Sky First Team Selection. She concluded her career as the Lumberjack’s ninth leading scorer (1,079). She was sixth in scoring average (14.2); fifth in three-pointers made (135); sixth in three-pointers attempted (374); fifth in three-point percentage (.361); second in three-pointers made per game (1.78); and, first in free throw percentage (.841). As a senior, she led the Big Sky in scoring in scoring at 24 points per conference game.

She played professionally overseas (Egypt, Australia, Europe, Romania, Poland, and Puerto Rico). At North High School, Frost was a Four-year starter where she averaged 18.2 points, 4.1 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game as a senior. She was first team All-CIF state selection and earned the high school’s Athlete of the Year award.

Frost, who holds a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University, works as co-CEO for Damand Basketball.
