Women’s Tennis Earns ITA JUCO All-Academic Honors

The Riverside City College women's tennis team and three student-athletes earned 2022 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) JUCO All-Academic honors following a successful season on the courts.

In order to be considered a team must possess a cumulative grade point average of 3.2, all student-athletes on the team should be listed on the eligibility form, and all varsity letter winners should be factored into the overall team grade point average. Riverside was one of eight California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) institutions to successfully meet this criteria. 

The Tigers earned a team GPA of 3.31with all student-athletes finishing with a GPA over 2.0.

Furthermore, freshman trio Hailey Dunkel, Adrielle Fotchi and Jillian Stark earned ITA JUCO Scholar Athlete recognition. All three earned a grade point average over 3.5 to receive this honor.
