Men’s Track & Field Lands Three Gold Medals at Mt. SAC Relays

The Riverside City College women's track & field team participated in the Mt. Sac Relays on Saturday in Hilmer Lodge Stadium against teams that stretch up and down the coast. Riverside strung together some solid marks with six podium finishes leading to three first-place marks.

The field events flexed on Saturday highlighted by Darius Hill. He continued to shine with top finishes in the Long Jump (25' ½") and the High Jump (6' 9"). His Long Jump Mark shot him to second in the tate, while he still sits in third in the High Jump.

Josh Hornsby won the 100 M Hurdles (14.23) again and is still the state leader in the category. He continues to battle it out with Mt. SAC, but still holds the edge after the weekend.

Donal Alusei made waves once again in the throws with second place finishes in the Hammer (161' 4") Discus (159' 2") and Shot Put (50' 11").
