Tigers Drop Three-Set Match to Chargers

Riverside City College struggled to find its offensive rhythm at Cypress College Wednesday night, losing in three sets (25-20, 25-23, 25-15).

The Tigers drop to 15-8 overall and 9-4 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Chargers improve to 12-11 on the year, 9-4 in conference.

As a team, RCC hit at a .097 attack percentage, with Nicole Barrera finishing with seven kills and no errors on 15 attempts (.467). Kyra Myers led the Tigers with eight kills and had 17 digs, while Alyssa Bishop finished with 15 assists.

Riverside has one last regular-season road contest, heading to Saddleback College next week on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
