Women’s Track & Field Competes at the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invitational

The Riverside City College women's track and field team competed in the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invite hosted by Concordia University on Saturday. In the second-consecutive non-scoring event the Tigers have participated in, they earned five top three marks against stiff NCAA and CCCAA competition.

Soleil Russo had the lone top finish for the Tigers as she snapped the tape in the 10, 000 M (41:50.38) for her first gold medal of the season.

Alejandra Rosales continued to see her named land in the top three in the Discus (136' 6") en route to a second overall finish.

Laila Wright earned a third-place mark in the 800 M (2:19.99), while the 1600 M Relay team featuring Kayla Johnson, Zoe Ewell, Hailey Hunt, Briana Olujoku – 1600 M Relay (4:21.42) placed third overall.

Laylah Mora rounded out the top performers with a third place mark in the High Jump (4' 8 ¾").
