Glendale Shades Host Riverside, 5-4, Last Thursday

RIVERSIDE -- Losing a non-conference home match by the skinniest of margins, the Riverside City College (RCC) Tigers women's tennis team lost, 5-4, to the visiting Glendale College Vaqueros Thursday (Feb. 11) at RCC's Fran Bushman Tennis Courts.

Tiffany Cheek (No. 5 singles) and Ashley Bauman (No. 6 singles) won their respective matches after teaming to win at No. 3 doubles.

Riverside (4-2 overall) will return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 16, when it visits the San Diego Mesa College Olympians in a nonconference match beginning at 2 p.m.
