Men's Water Polo Splits Games in the Cuesta Tournament

The RCC Men's Water Polo team split their two games on the first day of the Cuesta Tournament in San Luis Obispo on Friday. In their first game of the day, the Tigers fell to #2 state ranked West Valley College by a score of 11-5.  Sophmore Christopher Forte led with 2 goals and two assists.

In the second game, the RCC men defeated a strong LA Valley College team for the second consecutive time by a score of 15-9.  This time, Freshman Reese Verdayou led the scoring with 4 goals, while Sophomore Kelly Stevens added 3 goals and 5 assists.

The RCC men have an overall record of 3-2; 1-0 in conference.
