Tigers Qualify Four Singles, All Three Doubles

Riverside City College qualified four singles and three doubles teams for the 3C2A Championship after a solid day at the Orange Empire Conference Championship.

Emilio Real, Michael Chang, Raphael Delente, and Matias Almeida-Ponce each qualified as singles for the regional.

All three Tiger doubles teams also qualified in Real and Almeida-Ponce, Lance Lao and Chang, and Austin Harvill and Delente.

Due to the impending rain coming Friday, the conference coaches decided to cancel the second day of the OEC tournament and advance the remaining top seeds to the championship at Ojai, Calif.
