Riverside Reaches .500 Mark with 6-3 Home Win Friday Over Palomar

RIVERSIDE -- Coming from behind, the Riverside City College (RCC) Tigers men's tennis team reached the .500 mark on the season with a 6-3 non-conference home victory over the Palomar College Comets Friday afternoon (Feb. 12).

Riverside (3-3 overall) trailed, 2-1, after the three doubles matches, but then won Nos. 3,4, and 5 singles matches to lead for good. Stanislas Bedrune and Antoine Voisin teamed for a win at No. 2 doubles and then won their singles matches.

Palomar fell to 2-3 overall.

Riverside returns to action on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. when it hosts the Mt. San Jacinto Palomar College Eagles in a non-conference dual match.
