Five Tigers Accept Scholarship Offers From Four-year Universities; RCC Men's Swimmers Finished Third in State

RIVERSIDE -- A total of five student-athletes from the Riverside City College (CC) Tigers men's swimming and diving and water polo teams from this current academic year have accepted scholarship offers to pursue their intercollegiate academic and/or academic careers at the four-year university level, it was announced at a luncheon Tuesday (May 16) at RCC's Riverside Aquatics Center.

MONTEREY PARK -- Winning one individual event and finishing third in another relay, the third (and final) day of competition is in the books at the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Championships and the Riverside City College (RCC) Tigers men's swimming and diving team posted its highest state meet finish in its history with a third place showing.
