Men’s Golf Earns Conference Win

The Riverside City College men's golf team entered in Orange Empire Conference (OEC) play in an Inland Divisional round. The Tigers landed all of their golfers in the mid to low 70s leading to a first place finish.

The Tigers penciled in a team score of 370 which was 11 strokes better than the second-place finishing College of the Desert.

Freshman Brian Bashaw put together the strongest round at a two-under 70. He was two stroke shy of winning the entire tournament. He recorded three birdies on the front nine followed by one birdie and five pars on the back nine.

Kevin Aung, who was tabbed the Tiger's top swinger, carded a one over. He shot one under on the back nine that featured one birdie. Sophomore Jordan Reynoso finished the day with a four-over 76, while Jordan Medlock carded a 75.
