Tigers Take Third in Canyons-hosted Crystalaire Invitational on March 17

Despite very windy conditions, the Riverside City College (RCC) Tigers men's golf squad posted a respectable third-place finish in the Crystalaire Invitational hosted by College of the Canyons last Monday (March 17).

Riverside finished with a team score of 387.  A total of 11 teams competed.  College of the Canyons won the event with a score of 378 followed by Orange Coast at 385.

Josh Roquet led the Tigers with a solid 75, followed by Chad Hambright with a 76. John Swierczek shot a 78, while Eric Cross and Clay Hjulberg each shot a 79 to round out the scoring.

The Tigers return to action on Wednesday, Mar. 26, when they face the Palomar College Comets at the Canyon Crest Country Club in a 12:30 p.m. teeoff.
