CCCAA Basketball State Championship Tournament Officially Cancelled

It was recently announced by the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) that the 2020 Men's & Women's basketball State Championship tournament has been cancelled due to growing concerns of COVID-19.

The Riverside City College men's basketball team qualified for the state ballad for the first time since 2009 after defeating Santa Monica in the Southern Regional Round Three. Riverside was carting a five-game winning streak that saw them defeat multiple top ranked teams including Santiago Canyon, Fullerton, Saddleback and Citrus.
