RIVERSIDE -- Andy Cleaves pumped in a game-high 23 points and three other Tigers also scored in double digits as the Riverside City College (RCC) Tigers men's basketball team topped the Cypress College Chargers, 75-58, Tuesday night (Feb. 14) in an Orange Empire Conference (OEC) game at RCC's legendary Arthur N. Both teams conclude OEC regular season action on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 5 p.m. as Cypress will visit the Santa Ana College Dons and RCC hosts the Irvine Valley College Lasers.
