Bio

Antonio "Tony" Lopez enters his second year as an assistant coach for the Tigers. Lopez graduated from Cal Poly – Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management.

A riverside, CA native, Lopez coached two years under the mentorship of the highly respected and successful Steve Madril.

Lopez was part of the John W North HS 2011 California Interscholastic Federation Championship team as a starter. After graduating high school, Lopez went on to continue his playing years at Cal Poly - Pomona. He played two seasons with the Broncos and was a part of the team that placed third in Carey, North Carolina at the Division II College World Series in 2015. The team was led by former Riverside City College player and coach, Randy Betten.
